Growing Deux’s Retail Presence

As Fractional CMO/CRO

I worked with Deux as a fractional Chief Revenue Officer overseeing marketing and sales. As part of this project I:

  • Provided feedback on sales materials and participated in national retailer meetings
  • Identified gaps in sales execution that was impacting velocity and worked with the team on an execution plan to address these gaps
  • Managed the transition of the performance marketing agency and established new benchmarks and processes
  • Led an overhaul of the social strategy to refocus on video content and community
  • Supported CEO and VP of Operations in forecasting and commercialization initiatives for new products
  • Established new KPIs and operating routines for both teams to ensure each team member was prioritizing the biggest areas of opportunity.
  • Directly managed a marketing and sales team of 4 employees, plus a network of agencies and freelancers.
